Please check the following for our big weekend
- Have your certificate of insurance (COI) emailed to joe@ohiowoodburner.com or bring with you when you check in on move in day
- Bring items to donate for our raffle. You can turn those in at the desk during check in. We use the raffle to help pay our bills and a donation to our partnered charity, Trumbull Mobile Meals
- Set up day is Thursday June 4 from 9-5 but if you have special circumstances please email joe@ohiowoodburner.com so we can have a plan in place. The fairgrounds is VERY accommodating to us so any problem can be figured out!
- Below are suggestions for equipment rentals, tent rentals etc. for your specific needs.
- Trailers can be left at the fairgrounds overnight.
- Plan to be at our informal meet and greet on Thursday and Friday evening at Firebirds Restaurant at the Eastwood Mall Complex 5555 Youngstown Warren Rd, Niles, OH 44446
