One Month To Go! Here is a Checklist

We are one month away from the big weekend! Please check out this page for regular updates as we get closer. Contact Joe by email with any questions at joe@ohiowoodburner.com

Please check the following for our big weekend

  • Have your certificate of insurance (COI) emailed to joe@ohiowoodburner.com or bring with you when you check in on move in day
  • Bring items to donate for our raffle. You can turn those in at the desk during check in. We use the raffle to help pay our bills and a donation to our partnered charity, Trumbull Mobile Meals
  • Set up day is Thursday June 4 from 9-5 but if you have special circumstances please email joe@ohiowoodburner.com so we can have a plan in place. The fairgrounds is VERY accommodating to us so any problem can be figured out!
  • Below are suggestions for equipment rentals, tent rentals etc. for your specific needs.
  • Trailers can be left at the fairgrounds overnight.
  • Plan to be at our informal meet and greet on Thursday and Friday evening at Firebirds Restaurant at the Eastwood Mall Complex  5555 Youngstown Warren Rd, Niles, OH 44446

No Pets Permitted

Trumbull County Fairground DOES NOT permit pets on Fairground property except for licensed service animals. Sorry for any inconvenience this creates.

GPS Address For The Expo!!!

Use ONLY the address below to arrive at the Expo. We will be using Gate A which is very accommodating to trucks and trailers……

4181 Hoagland Blackstub Road Cortland, Ohio 44410…..

If you use the address from Google etc you will arrive at the office entrance which is on the wrong side of the grounds. Also, be aware that locals refer to Hoagland Blackstub Road as “Bazetta” road. Just be aware of this if you are asking directions.
